How we handle what you send us.
Short version: we collect what we need to reply to you, we don’t sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
Who we are: Aporia Nous Computing, a sole proprietorship based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, trading as Aporia Nous.
What we collect
Only what the form asks for: your name, your business name, a phone number or email address, and whatever you write in the message box. If you email or phone us, we have that too.
What we don’t collect
We never ask for card numbers, bank details, or identity documents, and the enquiry form is built to reject a message that contains them. We don’t take payment card details in any conversation — when money changes hands it happens through a secure payment link you open yourself.
Why we use it
To answer you. That’s it — replying to an enquiry, arranging and having the call you asked for, and quoting for the work. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Where it goes
An enquiry submitted through this site goes into our own systems, where it is assigned to a member of our team so someone actually follows it up. It is not handed to a third party to deal with on our behalf.
If you’re a caller, not a visitor
If you reached this page because you called a business and an AI agent answered, we don’t hold that call: the agent runs for that business, and how your call is handled is governed by their agreement with us and by their own privacy notice. Ask them directly — they are the ones who should answer for it.
How long we keep it
If we don’t end up working together, we keep your enquiry for twelve months and then delete it. If we do work together, we keep what we need for as long as we’re working with you and for thirty days after it ends, so nothing is lost if you change your mind.
What runs on these pages
Analytics are on, so we can see that someone visited and whether they got in touch. Two kinds of thing run on the pages:
- A visitor identifier from our platform provider (Votel) — it lets us connect a visit to an enquiry if you send one, so we know which page brought you in.
- The booking widget and the enquiry form — these are what make the page work. They load from the same provider.
We don’t run advertising pixels or sell anything about your visit. If we ever add a different analytics tool, this section names it here.
Asking us to delete it
Write to us and we’ll delete what we hold about you, unless we’re required to keep something for tax or accounting reasons.
Call 605 496 9813, or reply to any email you’ve had from us — both reach a person who can action it.
Changes
If this changes in a way that matters, the date at the bottom changes with it.
